These terms govern use of AtomComment, a business software, chatbot automation, WhatsApp integration, CRM/ERP, invoicing, inventory, and back-office automation platform operated by CRUD SPEED SOLUTIONS.

Business Identity

AtomComment is the software product and platform. It is operated by CRUD SPEED SOLUTIONS, a Malaysia-registered software business. These terms apply to users, tenants, administrators, managers, agents, businesses, and other authorized users who access or use AtomComment.

Use of the Service

AtomComment provides business software for chatbot automation, WhatsApp integration, customer messaging, CRM/ERP workflows, invoicing, inventory, reporting, knowledge management, support operations, and back-office automation. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only in accordance with these terms, applicable law, and third-party platform policies.

Accounts, Tenants, and Access

  • You must provide accurate account and business information.
  • You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
  • Tenant administrators are responsible for user invitations, roles, permissions, workspace access, and connected platform accounts.
  • You must not access another tenant, customer, channel, conversation, integration, or account without authorization.
  • We may suspend, limit, or remove access when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, platform compliance, or service protection.

Business and Customer Data

You retain responsibility for business records, customer records, messages, knowledge sources, files, chatbot instructions, templates, workflows, tools, CRM/ERP data, and any other content you add to AtomComment. You confirm that you have the right to upload, process, connect, and use this data through the software.

Messaging Platforms and WhatsApp

When you connect WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, or another platform account, you confirm that you are authorized to connect and operate that account. You are responsible for following Meta, WhatsApp, and other provider policies, including consent, opt-in, opt-out, message template, customer service window, content, commerce, and prohibited-use requirements.

  • You must obtain required opt-in before messaging customers on WhatsApp or other channels.
  • You must clearly explain what messages customers can expect to receive.
  • You must respect stop, unsubscribe, block, and other opt-out requests.
  • You must use approved WhatsApp message templates where required.
  • You must not use AtomComment to send spam, misleading messages, unauthorized bulk messages, illegal content, or prohibited goods or services.
  • You must provide a clear human support or escalation path when automation is used for customer communication.

AI, Chatbots, and Automation

AtomComment may use configured chatbot rules, flows, knowledge retrieval, AI providers, templates, and automation logic to generate responses or perform actions. Automated responses may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. You are responsible for configuring business instructions, reviewing sensitive workflows, testing automations, and using human handoff where appropriate.

Prohibited Use

  • Do not use AtomComment for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activity.
  • Do not upload or process data you do not have permission to use.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, tenant boundaries, rate limits, provider rules, or security controls.
  • Do not use connected messaging channels to impersonate another business or mislead customers about who is contacting them.
  • Do not use AtomComment for prohibited or restricted industries, products, or services unless permitted by applicable law and relevant platform policies.
  • Do not ask customers to send highly sensitive information through unsupported or inappropriate channels, including full payment card numbers, financial account numbers, identity documents, or regulated health information unless lawful and properly protected.

Integrations and Third-Party Services

AtomComment may connect to Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, AI providers, email providers, hosting providers, and other third-party services. These services may have their own terms, policies, limits, review processes, outages, pricing, and enforcement actions. We are not responsible for third-party decisions, account restrictions, API changes, or provider review outcomes.

Security and Service Availability

We work to keep AtomComment reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent compatibility with every third-party provider. Features may change as software, provider APIs, security requirements, and compliance obligations evolve.

Privacy and Data Deletion

Use of AtomComment is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page. Users and authorized business representatives can request data deletion, account disconnection, or privacy support by following the instructions on those pages or by contacting support@atomcomment.com.
